A plan may retain the default Calorie DV (Daily value) and Calories from Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat as defined in the Personal Profile screen. Or, if you want to include a weight-control option (default is weight loss as indicated with the red oval button with a "-" icon), type in the amount of weight change desired. When "Apply" is clicked, the program will calculate the appropriate daily Calorie adjustment you need to make for the length of plan selected.
Please remember that, for safety reasons, you will not be allowed to make a plan with less than 1,200 Calories/day, or to lose more than 2 pounds per week.
